Tax & GST Information:
Amara Lise operates below the Australian GST registration threshold and therefore does not charge GST on orders shipped to Australia. The price shown at checkout is the final amount payable to us. 2 - REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Change-of-mind returns:

  • possible within 30 days of receiving your order
  • products must be unused and in original condition where reasonably possible

ACL rights:

  • if a product is faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund
  • for faulty items, we cover reasonable return shipping costs

3 - SHIPPING POLICY

We ship orders exclusively within Australia, and all orders include free standard shipping.

Shipping details:

  • orders processed in 1–2 business days
  • average delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch
  • total estimated delivery timeframe: 5–9 business days
  • tracking provided for all shipments

We do not charge GST, customs duties or import fees.
