What is the estimated shipping time?

Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days. This includes:

1–2 business days of processing and 4–7 business days of delivery time.

You can track your order via "Track your order".

I want to cancel my order. Is that possible?

Yes, if your order has not yet been processed for shipment.

To request a cancellation, email info@amaralise.com with your order number as soon as possible.

If the order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still return the item within 30 days after delivery.

My order has arrived damaged. What should I do now?

We’re sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged. Please contact us at info@amaralise.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

If possible, include a photo of the item and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.

In line with Australian consumer law, you’re entitled to a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost. We’ll make sure it’s resolved as soon as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is 100% free on all orders within Australia.

We work with reputable Australian couriers, including:

  • Australia Post
  • Sendle

In some cases, another trusted courier may be used to ensure the fastest and safest delivery. All couriers we partner with operate in line with Australian delivery and operational standards.

The track and trace does not give any information, what now?

This is normal during the first 1–2 business days after dispatch. Tracking updates only appear once the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

If no updates appear after 2 business days, please contact us at info@amaralise.com and we will check the status with the courier.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days, which includes:

Delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather conditions, peak season, or remote-area routing.

Where can I return my parcel to?

Returns are handled at our Australian fulfillment center. Please send your return by post to:

How long could I return my item?

We offer a 30-day return policy (after receipt).

How long does it take until I get my money back?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually processed within up to 5 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to finalise the refund to your account.

What are the costs of returning my order?
  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items, Amara Lise covers the return costs by providing a prepaid label or reimbursing reasonable postage expenses, as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
